Becton Dickinson & Company (BD) is hiring a full-time Director, Marketing Demand Generation in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County, New Jersey, to lead the strategy that turns marketing investment into measurable pipeline growth across one of the world's leading medical technology businesses.
About the Role
As Director, Marketing Demand Generation at BD, you will own the multi-channel programs that generate, nurture, and convert demand for our MedTech portfolio. Based on-site in Franklin Lakes, you'll partner closely with sales, product, and digital teams to build a repeatable engine that fuels revenue while advancing BD's purpose of moving the world of health forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated demand generation strategy spanning digital, content, email, events, and paid media.
- Build and optimize lead-to-revenue programs, from acquisition through nurturing and qualified handoff to sales.
- Set performance targets and report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of marketers while managing agency and vendor relationships.
- Apply marketing automation, analytics, and audience data to continually sharpen campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate across product marketing and commercial functions to align messaging with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing, ideally within a complex B2B or healthcare environment.
- Track record of building pipeline and driving measurable, data-informed results.
- Hands-on fluency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
- Strong people-leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication capabilities suited to a director-level role.
