About the Role
As a Relationship Manager focused on ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, you will be the connective force between Mercer Advisors' specialists and the families we serve in the Denver, Colorado market. This is an on-site, full-time position where you help clients amplify and simplify their financial lives through a single, coordinated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship contact for UHNW households, anticipating needs and delivering an exceptional, white-glove client experience.
- Coordinate across financial planning, investment management, business management, tax, estate, and insurance teams to bring unified strategies to life.
- Build trust through proactive, ongoing communication and a thorough understanding of each family's goals and circumstances.
- Translate complex, multi-disciplinary recommendations into clear guidance clients can act on with confidence.
- Support client retention and the long-term growth of relationships within the Denver region.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients, ideally within wealth management or financial services.
- Strong working knowledge across financial planning, investments, tax, estate, and insurance disciplines.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across specialized teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated outcomes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denver, Colorado.
