About the Role

As a Casual Sales Ambassador at our Bucktown, Illinois shop, you'll be the face of Lush on the sales floor. Combining deep product expertise with genuine warmth, you'll guide each guest through tailored consultations and lively product demonstrations while helping the store reach and exceed its everyday targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver standout, one-on-one customer consultations that match shoppers with the right Lush products
• Lead engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that bring our handmade range to life
• Meet and consistently outperform daily sales objectives on the shop floor
• Build supportive, energetic relationships across the team and foster an inclusive atmosphere
• Contribute to the smooth running of both sales and day-to-day store operations
• Stay current on product knowledge and the values behind the Lush brand
