About the Role
This full-time Junior Commercial Real Estate Advisor position in Los Angeles offers a structured pathway into the commercial real estate industry. Working on-site with Sands Investment Group (SIG), you'll develop the core competencies needed to grow into a fully-fledged Commercial Real Estate Advisor, supported by hands-on mentorship, direct market access, and guidance from seasoned industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build foundational knowledge of commercial real estate investment sales through guided, on-the-job training.
- Partner with senior advisors and mentors to understand deal cycles, client relationships, and market dynamics.
- Leverage SIG's market access and resources to support advisory and transaction activity.
- Progressively take on greater responsibility as you advance toward a senior advisor track.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in launching a long-term career in commercial real estate.
- Strong drive, coachability, and a willingness to learn within a competitive, selective program.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in the Los Angeles, Los Angeles County area.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ambition to grow into a Commercial Real Estate Advisor role.
