Supported Employment Contract Manager

The Affiliated Sante Group is hiring a full-time Supported Employment Contract Manager to join the Rock Creek program in Fairland, Montgomery County. About the Role

As the Supported Employment Contract Manager at Rock Creek, you will oversee supported employment services designed to help the individuals we serve find, secure, and sustain rewarding work. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairland, Montgomery County, blending program management with hands-on advocacy and a passion for community inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate supported employment contracts and services within the Rock Creek program.
• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with co-occurring disorders, on their path to employment.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with program standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, families, employers, and community partners to create and sustain job opportunities.
• Track outcomes, maintain accurate records, and report on program performance.

Qualifications

• A commitment to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full, independent lives.
• Experience in supported employment, vocational services, case management, or a related human-services field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage contracts, coordinate services, and work effectively across teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Fairland, Montgomery County (this role is not remote).
