About the Role

As a Site Project Manager based in Fairbanks, Sullivan County, you will serve as the day-to-day driving force behind active electrical construction work. Reporting from the jobsite, you'll oversee project execution from mobilization through completion, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting Sargent Electric's continued growth in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical construction projects at the Fairbanks site
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to keep work moving efficiently
• Track project budgets, costs, and progress, reporting status to leadership and stakeholders
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality requirements throughout every phase of construction
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and project partners
• Resolve field challenges quickly to minimize delays and maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical or industrial construction projects, ideally in a site-based role
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and crew coordination
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Fairbanks, Sullivan County, Indiana
