The Signorelli Company is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Asset Management to join our team in Oak Ridge North, Montgomery County. In this senior, full-time leadership role, you will steward a diverse real estate portfolio and help shape the strategic direction of one of Texas's most established privately held development firms.
About the Role
As Vice President, Asset Management, you will oversee the performance, valuation, and long-term growth of assets spanning multiple property types. Based on-site in Oak Ridge North, this position blends strategic planning with hands-on portfolio leadership across Signorelli's vertically integrated platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct asset management strategy across retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office, healthcare, land, and single-family holdings.
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and returns.
- Develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts for assets under management.
- Partner with development, finance, and operations teams to align asset goals with company objectives.
- Monitor market conditions and report results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asset management, real estate finance, or commercial property leadership.
- Strong command of valuation, underwriting, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Familiarity with multiple asset classes, including retail, multifamily, office, and land development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Oak Ridge North, Montgomery County, Texas.
