Requirements
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools
- Analyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities
- Work with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability
- Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunities
- Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business
