Sydecar is on a mission to transform the world of private markets. The company is looking for a Sr. Tax Associate to join the Customer Experience team. The role involves responding to customer support inquiries, identifying product and process improvements, and developing an expert knowledge of the product, customers, and industry.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working in a customer support or operations role, preferably in the FinTech or alternative investments industries
- Intermediate knowledge of venture investing, fund accounting, or related fields
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage many tasks at once without dropping the ball
- Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
