Sydecar is hiring a Product Counsel to work alongside their PMs, EMs, and designers to develop product that meets regulatory scrutiny without slowing down. The role requires a securities lawyer with experience in Reg D, private fund securities, and in-house experience at a fintech or similar platform.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of practice with significant time on Reg D / private fund securities work
- Prior in-house experience at a fintech, brokerage, fund admin, or comparable financial services platform
- A track record of partnering directly with product or engineering teams
- JD from an accredited US law school, member in good standing of at least one US bar
