Requirements
- You live in the EU country outside Germany and have a valid VAT ID
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are an advantage
- You already have experience in customer service/contact center (telephony, email, or chat)
- You work reliably, structured, and independently
- You are punctual, resilient, and team-oriented
- Technical setup: Stable internet connection, headset, quiet working environment
