We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the full customer journey. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will identify growth opportunities, test new channels and tactics, optimize conversion funnels, and work cross-functionally to accelerate business performance.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Own and optimize the full marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer retention
  • Plan, launch, and manage growth experiments across channels including paid media, email, SEO, content, partnerships, social media, and website optimization
  • Analyse user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
  • Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, user journeys, messaging, offers, and campaign creatives
  • Collaborate with product, sales, CRM, content, and design teams to improve customer experience and drive conversion
  • Develop segmentation strategies and personalised campaigns to increase engagement and lifetime value
  • Identify and evaluate new channels, technologies, and tools that can support scalable growth
  • Build dashboards and communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
