Homebound
Homebound is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Dallas team and lead field operations for our single-family home projects. As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire construction process – from mobilization to delivery – with an uncompromising focus on safety and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Superintendent in residential home construction or relevant experience
- Proficiency with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
- Basic computer skills, including Google Suite
- A valid driver’s license
