Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to VP+ leaders with complex calendars and responsibilities across the organization. This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive calendar management and administrative support for VP+ leaders with complex, fast-moving schedules. Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the executives you support, exercising sound judgment to protect their time and independently prioritizing requests and communications.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a startup environment supporting multiple VP+ leaders required
- Experience supporting C-suite level executives strongly preferred
- Proficient in Google Workplace, including Google Calendar, Slides and Sheets
