A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Level Associate Attorney with approximately 4–6+ years of capital markets and securities experience to join its Capital Markets practice in Los Angeles. The Capital Markets practice advises clients on a full range of equity and debt securities transactions and complex corporate matters.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in capital markets and securities transactions at a law firm
  • Strong experience with IPOs, equity offerings, and debt capital markets transactions
  • Experience advising on public company reporting and corporate governance matters
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage workstreams independently and operate in fast-paced deal environments
