The role involves executing assigned tasks accurately, maintaining ownership of operational priorities, and supporting process standardization and documentation.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical mindset
- Prior exposure to content production, publishing, digital operations, or customer support environments
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with processes, data, and documentation in an operational or project support capacity
