Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

We are currently looking for a Push Specialist to join the team.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • 1+ years of experience working with push notifications / CRM within the iGaming, betting, or affiliate verticals.

  • Experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and push delivery platforms (OneSignal, Push.Express, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of retention mechanics and the user lifecycle (from Registration to FTD, Repeat Deposits, and Reactivation).

  • Setting up trigger-based communications, automated flows, and push strategies (web, in-app, browser) for both user acquisition and retention.

  • Working with diverse audiences (new, active, VIP, dormant, churn-risk) to launch personalized offers and promotional campaigns.

  • Conducting A/B testing, reporting, and analyzing key performance metrics (CTR, Open Rate, Delivery Rate, CR, Opt-in/out, Retention, ROI, LTV).

  • High level of independence and initiative, with the ability to build processes and workflows from scratch.

  • Close cross-functional collaboration with media buying, retention, product, and design teams.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • Build and scale push communication processes for both retention and acquisition traffic.

  • Develop communication strategies across various GEOs, products, and traffic sources (including ASO, Facebook, and iOS/Android apps).

  • Build trigger-based push flows across all stages of the user lifecycle (from registration and FTD to repeat deposits and reactivation).

  • Segment user bases to launch personalized offers, bonus messaging, and promotional campaigns.

  • Analyze key metrics, manage reporting, and continuously run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.

  • Optimize the user journey to increase overall retention, engagement, and repeat activity.

  • Continuously explore and implement new communication approaches and mechanics.

  • Work closely with media buying, retention, product, and design teams.

  • Participate in the development of promotional campaigns, special offers, and initiatives to improve the overall user experience.
