Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region and are now taking their success worldwide.
We are currently looking for a HR People Partner.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading;

Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to monitor employee well-being, gather feedback, and support their personal and professional growth;
-
Acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for a dedicated group of employees (90-100 people), helping them navigate daily challenges;
-
Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters;
-
Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation;
-
Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention;
-
Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams;
-
Contributing to the development of corporate culture;
-
Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams;
-
Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers’ request as needed.
📚 Your qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar employee-facing HR role;
-
Proven experience in driving employee engagement, onboarding processes, well-being programs, and culture-building initiatives;
-
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
-
Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management;
-
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities;
-
Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
-
Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva;
-
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus;
-
Ability to analyze.
