Role Overview
Design and deliver world-class onboarding and training programs for the Dealer Performance Management team. Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional partners to build a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
What You Will Do
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, train new hires on key platforms, lead virtual product training, and introduce the Challenger mindset.

3+ years of experience in automotive training, enablement, or a related field. Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and deliver engaging online training programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Training, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in automotive training, enablement, or a related field
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and deliver engaging online training programs and e-learning content
- Highly organized self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team
