Role Overview

The Regional Performance Manager is an account management position responsible for providing ongoing support to a defined group of Major Accounts throughout a region. Primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring revenue retention of dealer clients.

What You Will Do

Manage store-level client communications and training activities, coordinate with the National Performance Management Team, and ensure effective client utilization of Impel products and services. Achieve retention and growth of revenue through programmatic actions and monitor assigned Dealer platform results.
