Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, multi-workstream defense and infrastructure advisory programs supporting NATO, Allied Ministries of Defense, and international government clients. The project assignment is in Belgium.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple task orders and MAS-style contracts, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage program governance, schedules, budgets, risk, and performance reporting, and serve as primary interface with government and defense stakeholders.

10+ years in program or portfolio management within defense, government, or international organizations, experience supporting U.S. DoD, NATO, or allied government programs, and NATO Security Clearance preferred.
Requirements
- 10+ years in program or portfolio management within defense, government, or international organizations
- Experience supporting U.S. DoD, NATO, or allied government programs
- NATO Security Clearance preferred like CTS, NS, or NC
- Strong background in infrastructure, engineering, or technical consulting environments
- Proven leadership in complex, multi-country delivery settings
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in IDIQ / task-order contracting environments highly desirable
