Role Overview
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the Revenue Cycle Team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and increasing revenue in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The role requires exceptional ethical principles, integrity, and accuracy in accounting practices. The manager possesses knowledge and experience to lead the team with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
What You Will Do
Prepare invoices, submit electronic claims, supervise data process, implement new payors and contractual rules, and perform daily, monthly, quarterly audits to confirm claim requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare, or a related field, and 4-7 years of experience in healthcare management. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and medical office software, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
