This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant. They are part of a well-established organization in the travel industry that has steadily expanded its services and strengthened its client experience over the past few years. This role supports their daily operations by ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and organized scheduling, contributing directly to the efficiency of their customer support and travel management processes.
Responsibilities

Manage daily virtual assistant tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communications.

Organize and book calls on behalf of the team, keeping calendars structured and up to date.

Follow up consistently on emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels to maintain a high level of client engagement.

Support travel coordination processes as needed, including staying aware of trip details and timelines.

Track pending tasks and proactively remind the team of upcoming deadlines or communication needs.

Maintain professionalism and clarity in all client and internal interactions.

Requirements

Experience performing administrative or virtual assistant duties in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and attentive to detail.

Proficiency with WhatsApp and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Advanced understanding of Amadeus GDS is a strong plus, but not required.

Ability to follow up proactively and maintain steady communication flow.

Previous experience supporting travel-related tasks or working within the travel industry is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, maintain inbox organization, and support customer interactions.

Reliable time management and problem-solving skills.

Enthusiasm for travel or hospitality-related environments is helpful.
