Zoom CX Business Development Representative

What you can expect

As a ZCX Strategic Accounts Business Development Representative, you’ll proactively generate pipeline and drive growth across UK. You’ll focus on strategic CX customers—existing Zoom accounts with no CX penetration and/or net-new organizations. You’ll combine prospecting and outreach with strategic go-to-market execution. Work across Zoom’s partner ecosystem, CX marketing, and sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and sales velocity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and good prospect qualification abilities.

What we’re looking for

• Have experience in SaaS, contact center AI-driven, or customer experience solutions

• Demonstrate proven ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals

• Have a solid track record of working with partners to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.

• Possess excellent communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach

• Bring passion for customer experience, AI, and building solid business relationships.
