Are you passionate about building smart, automated systems that make businesses run smoothly? We’re looking for a Zoho Expert who can leverage AI and the Zoho One ecosystem to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
🌟 What You’ll Do
-CRM Cleanup & Data Management
- Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM.
- Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.
Workflow Automation
- Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.
- Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.
- Build task automation to maximize team productivity.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
- Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making.
Customer Portals & Engagement
- Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.
- Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress.
- Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions.
-AI & Integration
- Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.).
- Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform.
- Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
- Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.
- Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.
- Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
