We are seeking a dental technician to provide expert support to customers in the CAD/CAM application support in the EMEA region. The role ensures that dentists, dental technicians, and distributors receive quick, reliable, and competent support for technical and clinical applications-oriented questions.
Requirements
- Completed education or studies in the dental, technical, or medical field
- Sound knowledge in the digital CAD/CAM field (CEREC, inLab)
- Technical understanding of hard and software solutions in the dental field
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer and service orientation
