About the Role As a Youth in Transition Outcome Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping adolescents and young adults achieve meaningful progress toward self-sufficiency. Reporting to the Director of Youth Engagement and Advocacy, you'll be part of a mission-driven team committed to evidence-based youth development in the Philadelphia area.
