About the Role Youth Counselors at Rising Ground are central to our residential program. You'll serve as a consistent, caring presence in the daily lives of the young people in our care. Working from morning routines through evening activities and overnight shifts, you'll provide supervision, structure, and support as part of a dedicated team committed to helping youth succeed.
