Position Summary As a Youth and Teen Mentor with Aptivorporated, you'll work directly with adolescents and teens with disabilities in the Monona area, helping them develop life skills, build confidence, and access the services and support they need to thrive. This part-time role is centered on person-centered service delivery—meaning you'll tailor your approach to each young person's unique goals, strengths, and interests. You'll collaborate closely with families, social workers, and our team to ensure a coordinated path toward greater independence and community participation.
