KMC Solutions Inc is hiring a full-time Payroll Analyst (XTN-61B1890) to manage global payroll operations and employee compensation processing across our United States locations. This position combines technical payroll expertise with analytical problem-solving for a fast-growing company. What This Role Involves This position centers on the technical processing and administration of employee payroll across multiple geographic regions. You'll ensure accurate, compliant compensation delivery while maintaining confidentiality and precision in all payroll-related activities. The role demands both meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines to meet multiple payroll cycles and employee service requests. Key Responsibilities Process global payroll cycles, including monthly payroll for EMEA and APAC regions and semi-monthly payroll for North America, plus occasional off-cycle processing Prepare and generate employee paychecks with accurate calculations for federal and state tax withholding, Social Security, unemployment insurance, and retirement plan deductions Maintain and update employee records, manage garnishments and levies, and resolve pay discrepancies through overpayment and underpayment analysis Coordinate with Human Resources on payroll-related processes including employee transitions, supplemental pay, and compensation adjustments Provide support to employees with questions regarding payroll, time and labor, and tax matters Execute employment verification requests and support audit preparation activities Prepare reconciliations and journal entries to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Process employee equity exercises and transactions as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 2–4 years of professional experience in payroll, accounting, HR operations, or related analytical roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot table construction Ability to quickly master new payroll software and systems Strong capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills About KMC Solutions Inc KMC Solutions Inc is a growing organization committed to providing quality employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive workplace.
