Core Duties Confirm travel arrangements across flights, hotels, and ground services at the lowest feasible cost Create manual reservations when automated systems can't fulfill special requests Obtain cost approvals for travel expenses exceeding company guidelines Validate reservation data and correct discrepancies that could prevent travelers from accessing bookings Coordinate visa approvals and obtain required travel documentation Review travel records to verify all passengers hold active tickets and complete itineraries Document all bookings and accommodations with detailed notes Answer traveler questions via phone and email in a professional, timely manner Support booking system users and resolve technical issues Process last-minute crew reassignments and complete all logistics within a week of assignment Execute ticket transactions using correct payment methods per contract requirements Rebook travelers when flights are cancelled or delayed due to weather, maintenance, or other issues Liaise with airlines, hotels, internal teams, and vendors to solve travel problems Provide backup support to other travel operations teams; participate in on-call coverage Who We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, vocational certificate, or bachelor's degree At least 2 years in call center or customer service work Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational ability Clear written and spoken communication for professional interactions Skill managing competing priorities, solving problems independently, and working under pressure Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a basic level Availability for on-call shifts and support during operational peak periods More About KMC Solutions Inc KMC Solutions Inc is a leading global travel management company serving organizations across multiple industries.
