We are looking for a part-time Working Student – Customer Success to offer solutions to customers in challenging travel situations, handle booking changes, and work in close coordination with other teams.
Requirements
- Interest in customer service and ability to creatively solve tricky situations
- Communication talent in German and English (additional languages a plus)
- Skill in dealing with complaints and keeping a cool head in difficult situations
- Positive mindset and passion for camping, traveling, and road trips
Benefits
- 20 hours/week, with possibility of increase during semester-free time
- Completely remote work
- Fixed hourly wage of 14.00 € gross per hour
