Working closely with sales teams, you'll articulate Strada's distinctive capabilities against competitive landscapes, guide clients through complex technical considerations, and stay current on industry trends, compliance shifts, and product innovations. What You'll Do Partner with sales leadership to develop winning strategies for large, multi-solution deals, from initial qualification through final proposal and delivery handoff. Conduct discovery, scoping, and requirements analysis; identify technical complexity drivers and align Workday platforms with client workflows. Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations showcasing Strada's value within each client's operational context. Develop request-for-proposal (RFP) responses, create client-specific delivery models, and resolve domain-related evaluator questions. Collaborate across subject matter experts, finance, and contracting teams to construct accurate solution costs, pricing logic, and statements of work. Support contract negotiations from a scope and technical perspective, ensuring client commitments align with delivery capabilities. Feed competitive intelligence, prospect feedback, and market insights to product leadership to inform innovation priorities. Travel 25–50% of the time to attend sales meetings, finalist presentations, and client workshops. Qualifications 5–10 years in presales, solution architecture, consulting delivery, or related roles within HR technology, payroll systems, or enterprise software. Deep working knowledge of benefits, payroll, HR administration platforms, and cloud delivery models; understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Demonstrated track record applying domain expertise in client engagements or sales contexts, with measurable deal impact. Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities; ability to lead discussions with executive stakeholders, adapt to shifting priorities, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proven success building and sustaining enterprise relationships and mentoring junior team members. Agility managing multiple concurrent opportunities in fast-paced environments.…
