You'll partner with multiple clients simultaneously, troubleshooting issues, enhancing configurations, and ensuring their Workday environments operate smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deliver expert-level support for Workday HCM post-production environments, addressing client-raised issues and optimization requests with technical proficiency and professionalism Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business processes and Workday needs, recommending and implementing solutions that align with their goals Participate actively in internal continuous learning programs, staying current with Workday updates and best practices while sharing your knowledge and mentoring colleagues Contribute to organizational development initiatives that strengthen our consulting practice and team capabilities For manager-track positions: lead and develop a team of Workday consultants, providing professional guidance, development support, and handling complex escalations For senior-track positions: leverage your Workday expertise to support business growth, including helping the sales team scope new engagements and create compelling sales materials What We're Looking For Active Workday HCM Certification (required) Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday consulting partner, supporting clients of all sizes Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client partnerships Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple concurrent client requests and support tickets while maintaining quality Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for direct client engagement Collaborative approach to working with clients and teammates, earning confidence and trust through your interactions…
