This part-time position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in business development whilst completing your studies, with the flexibility of remote work. About This Position As a Business Development Working Student (Werkstudent), you'll support Bosch Group's commercial growth and strategy in a part-time, flexible capacity. This is an ideal opportunity for university or college students to build real-world experience in how global businesses identify, develop, and capture new commercial opportunities. You'll contribute directly to business development activities whilst managing your academic schedule, working alongside an experienced team in a multinational environment. Your Responsibilities Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to support strategic planning Generate leads and assist with prospect identification and qualification activities Help prepare business development materials, including proposals and presentation decks Manage and maintain accurate records in customer relationship management systems Schedule meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and provide administrative support to the business development team Identify and assess potential new business and partnership opportunities Support client relationship building and account management activities Qualifications Enrolled full-time at a university or polytechnic, pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related discipline Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Demonstrated interest in business development, commercial strategy, or sales operations Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard office software Self-motivated with genuine curiosity about business and commercial markets Ability to balance part-time work commitments with ongoing university studies Working at Bosch Group Bosch Group is one of the world's leading technology and services businesses, with deep roots in engineering and innovation spanning more than a century.
