Web Developer & Digital Operations Specialist

Nrg Mgmt, the Palm Beach County–based parent organization of Engage Wellness and Southeast Addiction, is hiring a full-time Web Developer & Digital Operations Specialist to join their team in Atlantis, FL.

About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of web development and digital operations, supporting two mission-driven brands in the wellness and addiction treatment space. You'll own the technical health of the company's web presence while keeping day-to-day digital workflows running smoothly — making a direct impact on how patients and clients find and connect with care.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve websites for Engage Wellness and Southeast Addiction
• Manage content updates, landing pages, and conversion-focused web elements across CMS platforms
• Integrate and maintain third-party tools including forms, CRMs, chat widgets, and analytics platforms
• Monitor site performance, uptime, and page speed — diagnosing and resolving issues quickly
• Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, technical audits, and structured data implementation
• Coordinate digital operations across teams, ensuring web assets align with marketing and outreach goals
• Maintain brand consistency and accessibility standards across all digital properties
• Produce and interpret web analytics reports to inform decisions about site improvements

What We're Looking For

• Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience managing WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console or SEMrush
• Working knowledge of web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics
• Ability to troubleshoot front-end and integration issues independently
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple digital projects simultaneously
• Experience working within regulated or healthcare-adjacent environments is a plus
• Clear written communication skills for coordinating with non-technical stakeholders
