As a Warehouse Janitorial Sweeper/Scrubber based in La Crosse, you'll play a vital part in maintaining a spotless, organized warehouse environment. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean workspace and thrives in a values-driven team. The starting wage range begins at $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sweeper and scrubber equipment to keep warehouse floors clean and free of debris
• Maintain janitorial standards throughout the facility to support a safe working environment
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and report any equipment or maintenance issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working on the warehouse floor
• Collaborate with team members to uphold overall facility cleanliness

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating, or willing to learn to operate, floor sweeping and scrubbing machinery
• Able to perform the physical demands of warehouse janitorial work
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to a clean, safe workplace
• Eager to contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture
• Available to work full-time, on-site in La Crosse, La Crosse County
