Form Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead physician operations across our remote-based national telehealth practice. This is a full-time position based anywhere in the United States, offering the opportunity to shape clinical excellence and strategy for a rapidly growing obesity and cardiometabolic medicine organization. About the Role We're looking for a senior physician executive to direct clinical operations across our nationwide virtual clinic. You'll report to the Chief Operating Officer with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Medical Officer, overseeing approximately 200+ physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff across multiple states. Your focus will be on strategic leadership, operational performance, and business outcomes in partnership with our Operations, Finance, Product, and People teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead clinical teams including physicians, advanced practice providers, dietitians, and support staff, ensuring evidence-based care delivery and exceptional patient experience Manage clinical performance against service-level agreements, provider utilization, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across multiple states Develop clinical strategy including practice model optimization, new service lines, and workflow improvements in coordination with leadership Guide Product and Engineering teams on clinical tools and platform features that support provider excellence and patient outcomes Recruit, develop, and mentor clinical leaders and managers, building scalable management infrastructure and supporting clinician wellbeing Represent Form Health clinically at conferences and with clients, supporting sales and marketing with clinical insights and outcomes data Maintain a small patient panel while fulfilling executive responsibilities Requirements MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or related specialty; active medical license in good standing ABOM (American Board of Obesity Medicine) certification or demonstrated commitment to obtain it 5+ years of clinical experience with expertise in obesity treatment and metabolic disease management 3+ years leading clinical teams in multi-state telehealth or large-scale virtual practices Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive operational metrics, and maintain clinical quality standards Proven people leadership skills with a track record developing physicians, APPs, dietitians, and clinical staff; commitment to team culture and inclusion Working at Form Health Form Health was founded to expand equitable access to expert obesity and cardiometabolic medicine…
