Drei Stunden pro Woche ehrenamtliche Mitarbeit, 100% Homeoffice, flexible freiwilligen Arbeit
Die LIFE Initiative ist eine Non-Profit-Organisation. Menschen in Notsituationen bieten wir individuelle Online-Sozialberatung und Coaching zu bürokratischen Problemen an. So erhalten Hilfesuchende erfolgreich Zugang zu Sozialleistungen. Jede:r Volunteer der LIFE Initiative wird durch zielgerichtetes Training auf seine Rolle als Coach vorbereitet und arbeitet zeitlich und örtlich flexibel. Gemeinsam sorgt ein wachsendes Netzwerk von Volunteers dafür, dass jede:r einen Schritt weiterkommt.
Aufgaben
- Teilnahme am Trainingsprogramm als Vorbereitung auf deine Arbeit als Social Coach
- Beratung von mehreren Klient:innen (Hilfesuchenden) zu Sozialleistungen und bei Schwierigkeiten mit Ausländerbehörden und anderen Ämtern
- Coaching der Klient:innen und Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe in regelmäßiger digitaler Kommunikation
- Mitarbeit beim Wissensmanagement und der Weiterentwicklung des Coachingkonzepts der LIFE Initiative
Qualifikation
- Mindestens vier Monate verfügbar
- Deutsch C1 erforderlich (verhandlungssicher), Englisch und zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft
- Bereitschaft, sich in behördliche Themen einzuarbeiten (kein Vorwissen erforderlich)
- Teamspirit und Lust, am Aufbau eines Volunteer-Netzwerks mitzuwirken
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich Coaching oder Sozialarbeit von Vorteil (keine Bedingung)
