Job Title: Virtual Benefits Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual Sales Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and/or customer service and be able to deliver and explain benefits to our members virtually. This is a 100% virtual position with great earning potential and career advancement opportunities. Salary is commission based.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with members via phone
  • Answer questions and assist members in enrolling into benefit plans.
  • Complete insurance and underwriting applications for members.
  • Attend workshops and continuing education for trainings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Growth-minded and focused on self-improvement
  • Ability to work remotely with a laptop, smartphone and Wi-Fi
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
