runZero is hiring a Vice President, Sales (Remote) to take the helm of our sales organization and accelerate the company's next phase of growth across the United States. Recruit, coach, and retain a sales team grounded in accountability, urgency, and teamwork. Run data-driven forecasting and pipeline management to hit targets every quarter. Refine repeatable processes that improve conversion, deal size, velocity, and forecast accuracy. Personally engage C-suite stakeholders and help close complex six- and seven-figure deals. Collaborate cross-functionally on pipeline generation, roadmap feedback, retention, and expansion. Shape GTM strategy — target segments, pricing, and sales plays — and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to executives and the board. Contribute to planning around territories, quotas, compensation, and budget alignment. Qualifications 10+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading sales (VP of Sales, Head of US Sales, or similar). Demonstrated success scaling teams and processes in high-growth technology environments. Consistent record of meeting and exceeding targets; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to personally close seven-figure deals while in a leadership seat. Fluency in modern methodologies (MEDDPICC) and tooling such as Salesforce and Gong.
