What We're Looking For A minimum of 10 years of experience in affordable housing development or a closely related field. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale housing development projects with a proven track record of delivering results within budget and on schedule. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build partnerships, and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Familiarity with affordable housing policies, funding sources, and regulatory requirements in Pinellas County.
