You'll partner closely with the executive leadership team and HR department to ensure our compensation and benefits packages attract top talent to the education sector, remain competitive within the charter school landscape, and align with our organizational mission and budget priorities. What You'll Do Develop and maintain competitive compensation strategies aligned with market benchmarking and organizational growth Oversee the design, administration, and ongoing optimization of health insurance, retirement, and supplemental benefit programs Manage compensation budgets, salary review cycles, and equity analysis to ensure consistency and fairness across teams Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable federal and Texas employment laws and regulations Work with finance and accounting to analyze total rewards costs and ROI Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on human capital investment and talent retention initiatives Lead benefits enrollment, communicate program changes, and support employee understanding of total compensation packages What We're Looking For 7+ years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, or human resources, preferably in an operations or leadership role Expertise in compensation analysis, benefits plan design, and HR compliance Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change Knowledge of the education sector and charter school operations is highly valued Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate complex compensation concepts for diverse audiences Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) About BridgePoint Associates BridgePoint Associates operates a dynamic charter school network dedicated to educational excellence and community impact across Texas.
