Vessel Master 24m - Island Based at SeaLink Whitsundays in Jubilee Pocket, Whitsundays Area The Opportunity Multi-award-winning WHITSUNDAY JETSKI TOURS is seeking an experienced Vessel Master to join our water sports team based on the beautiful Hayman Island. This role will be responsible for managing and operating vessels during various tours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Operate and maintain 24m vessels during half-day snorkel tours, beach tours, outer reef snorkel tours, and jetski tours. Ensure the safety of all passengers by following strict safety protocols and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience. Assist in the preparation and cleaning of vessels before and after each tour. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest safety regulations and operational guidelines. What You Bring A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vessel Master or similar role within the marine industry. Demonstrated ability to operate vessels safely in various water conditions. Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
