- Deskripsi Pekerjaan VDI & Cloud Operation Analyst:
– Mendedikasikan dengan penuh waktu nya serta tidak berbagi waktu dengan proyek lainnya sepanjang durasi kontrak pekerjaan serta bertanggung jawab penuh atas semua kegiatan dan aktivitas layanan VDI & Cloud Infrastructure
– Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh pelaksanaan pekerjaan layanan system VDI dan Microsoft Cloud component mencakup aspek teknis perbaikan, pengelolaan, pemeliharaan, analisis, dan implementasi sesuai perencanaan.
– Membuat laporan khusus terkait utilisasi, trend resources/ forecast, optimization, dan workload security, termasuk security hardening, patching, threat activity, dan penanganan insiden.
– Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola secara umum pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelayanan system VDI dan Microsoft Cloud component mencakup aspek teknis backup system & restoration (recovery).
– Membuat Prosedur (SOP) operasional sehari-hari dan pemeliharaan sistem system VDI.
– Membuat laporan rutin bulanan dan analisis terkait performance, insiden, dan perubahan system (change management) untuk layanan sistem VDI.
