About the Role
As a Value Advisory Manager at Unily, you will join the team responsible for making business impact quantifiable. Value Advisory is the practice that defines how Unily frames, demonstrates, and grows the commercial worth of its platform. Operating across the full customer lifecycle — from the initial sale through renewal and expansion — you will work at the meeting point of commercial strategy and customer success, helping prospects and clients understand the tangible return Unily delivers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and present compelling value cases that quantify the business outcomes Unily's platform enables.
- Partner with sales and account teams to substantiate commercial value during new business, renewal, and expansion conversations.
- Develop frameworks and models that consistently prove and communicate return on investment.
- Engage stakeholders at every stage of the customer lifecycle to reinforce measurable impact.
- Act as a senior individual contributor, owning value strategy without direct management responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in value advisory, value engineering, commercial strategy, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong ability to quantify business impact and articulate financial outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working across the customer lifecycle, spanning pre-sale, renewal, and expansion motions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, paired with analytical and commercial acumen.
- A self-directed approach suited to a senior individual contributor role based in New York City.
