UX Designer – AI Trainer responsible for designing realistic end-to-end design workflows, grading agent performance, and creating challenging scenarios for AI training.
Requirements
- 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations.
- Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management.
- Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
