Mercor is looking for a UX Designer to work on challenging design workflows, grading agent performance, and building scenarios across visual and brand design, product and UX design, and content and creative operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in visual/brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations
- Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management
- Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs
- Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step
