You will serve as a central, influential contributor to USMA cross-functional teams, guiding U.S. Field Medical (FM) priorities, capabilities, and execution across the genitourinary oncology space. Key Responsibilities Define and own the U.S. Field Medical strategy for genitourinary payor and access engagement within Health Systems Oncology. Lead the development, training, and prioritization of the Value & Implementation (V&I) plan for USMA Health Systems Oncology. Partner across US Medical Affairs cross-functional teams to align medical, payor, and access objectives. Translate clinical and scientific evidence into actionable strategies that support payors, health systems, and access decision-makers. Build and strengthen field medical capabilities through structured training and coaching. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in medical affairs, payor and access strategy, or field medical leadership, ideally within oncology. Strong understanding of health systems, value-based care, and the U.S. payor and access environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
