Overview:
Snapscale is seeking for a US Clinic Coordinator – Spanish Speaking who can work remotely to support a US – based healthcare practice by communicating with Spanish-speaking patients. This is a remote role where you will handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups, inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification, and patient record management using EMR systems. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience in a Spanish bilingual account (required)
- Healthcare account experience in a BPO setting is a plus
- Experience working with U.S. clinics or hospitals is preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient scheduling, and inbound/outbound calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for patient concerns
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
